How information provided through this website is used.
Information you provide
KDL Trading Ltd collects the business contact details and transaction information you choose to submit through the enquiry form. We use it to assess the request, respond and coordinate relevant commercial follow-up.
Processing and access
The configured receiving service forwards enquiries to the appointed business team. Hosting and communication providers may process the information for that purpose. Relevant details may be shared with proposed operational counterparts where needed to progress the request.
Retention and requests
Information is retained as needed for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable recordkeeping duties. Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy question.
Browser tools
The downloadable enquiry and fuel briefs are created locally in your browser. Downloading a brief does not send its contents to KDL. Data is sent through the enquiry service only when you submit the form. No advertising analytics or marketing cookies have been added.
